Think about it. Would you buy something from someone you didn't trust?
Words are one way that you can help build trust between you and your clients. Here. I'll show you how.
1 Put yourself in their shoes
Think about your business and what services or products you provide.
Now I know you know why they're amazing, trustworthy, great quality ... but does your client .
So put yourself in their shoes for a moment, and think about how you'd answer this
So when you're writing your website, blog or newsletter, provide what they're looking for and don't do what they don't want to see. Or tell them that you don't do certain things (the things they're not wanting).
This increases their trust in you by using words that show them you "get" where they're coming from.
2 Write what it says on the packet
If you provide in-home, aromatherapy massage everything you do should relate to this or why people would want it.
Don't go off on tangents. Do what it says on the packet. Speak to why they'd need an in-home aromatherapy massage, what they get from it, how they benefit from it, what it involves ...
How does this improve trust? It provides a consistent message that clients can link to your business. They know what to expect. They can trust you to provide information on this topic.
3 Be one of them
Getting to know your client REALLY well, including the language they use, is one of the ways you can connect with them.
You might have heard people talking about "tribes": circles of people that have the same views and opinions. These are people we trust. It used to be our friends at school, uni or work. Now it's often people on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. We join communities with people with the same views as us.
Show your clients that you can be someone who can be trusted by using language: phrases, words, concepts that they use.

Own up to your bloopers.
In an age of conspiracy theories trust is a sought after commodity. You'll need to work hard to earn it. But when you've got it, your business will thrive.
